What started out in the 1990s as a small enterprise run by the former CEO, José Costa, with his wife, Angela Costa, soon achieved expansion throughout Portugal and worldwide, to gradually become a global brand in various European countries and in the Middle East. Later, their children and current CEOs of the company, Daniel Almeida and Alexandre Costa, decided to carry on with their parents’ legacy and today, UniqueWood still holds a strong position in the domestic and international markets.
